Packages

Gatherings would love to be a part of your special event! Below is a brief overview of packages available and all of them can be customized to meet your specific needs and help your unique ideas come to life.

Event Styling and Coordination Package

This package is designed for the client who has taken care of all the planning and details but is looking for a professional to ease some of the stress leading up to the day of the event. Gatherings will be there to style and set up the event and add those special touches. We will assist you prior to your event, manage your vendors and details and be there for you on that special day.

Full Event Planning Package

This package includes full service planning, from start to finish. Gatherings assists you in choosing the venue, caterer, floral designer and all other details regarding your event. Gatherings manages vendor relationships, coordinates the day and styles your event. This is the complete package!

Let’s Get to Know Each Other

I’ve been involved in event planning, coordination and styling for over 20 years, chairing special events and creating my own unique parties. After much urging from my husband, children and friends, I decided it was time to take the leap and start a business of my own. I discovered that many people expressed the desire to plan an event, but needed an extra hand to take their occasion to the next level. Whether it be planning a wedding or other unique party, I’ve got an eye for turning your event into an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to work with you.

We recently hired Gatherings RVA as our wedding planner. My daughter and I wanted to be very hands on in the design and have someone who would allow us that flexibility but help us with vendors and management process. Trish was excellent.
